FF Group (Folli Follie Group), a global leading force in the fashion industry holding 980+ points of sale in more than 30 countries worldwide, has selected the eINVOICE cloud service to fully automate customer invoice delivery.
Having initially implemented e-invoicing and e-archiving in the Beauty & Cosmetics sector, FF Group has extended SoftOne’s invoice process automation solution to include e-invoice delivery in Retail and Wholesale sector within Greece and Europe, as well as in the field of department stores (Factory Outlet and attica).
Requiring no additional cost, eINVOICE was up and running, allowing FF Group to send hundreds of thousands of invoices per year -directly from its existing business software- with a click of a button.
Operating on the Microsoft Windows Azure cloud platform, eINVOICE completely frees FF Group from the costly procedures of printing and mailing invoices to its customers, while gaining physical space, previously dedicated for archiving documents sent in paper format.
